Passing of Bruce(Comments RSS)
I regretfully am informing everyrone who read Bruce's periodic postings that he passed away on Friday, November 30, 2007. While he had his cancer under control, his body was still fighting other conditions that took their own toll. Bruce will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Beverly, and his sons Aaron (me) and Nathan.
We will keep the site up and will continue to add content to it. It has been a help and a blessing to many people, and we hope that it will continue to be for years to come. His book will remain in print, and we are hoping to posthumously publish another book that he had been working on. His body was donated to the University of Michigan, in hopes that students will be able to further learn from Bruce's amazing journey.
If anyone has any questions, you can leave them here or send an email to aaron@aaronguilmette.com. I will be happy to respond to any questions.

Aaron, Beverly, and Nathan, I only knew your dad and husband from the lowdosenaltrexone yahoo group but had the utmost respect for him. I had a few personal emails from him when I asked a question of him. I have been taking a friend in for tests looking for cancer, and was on your website Sunday morning reading Bruce's story. What a wonderful story it was. You must have put the notice of Bruce's passing up later on Sunday? Today my friend found out she has cancer and I went on the site to get the name of the book to order it for her, and saw the news about Bruce, and sat and cried. I called a friend from the lowdose group and she cried. I will notify the group now of Bruce's passing, but I can't tell you how incredibly sorry I am and how sad I am. I wish I could have met him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.Sincerely, Conni Lawrence
